Cryosauna users should be older than 12 years old. Everyone under 18 years old should be supervised by an adult. There is no upper age limit.

To obtain the best results, it's recommended to use cryoness three times per week, for several months. We also suggest to combine Cryoness treatment with a massage or some sport activities.

Nitrogen is absolutely safe for us – it is a non toxic gas. Air consists mainly of Nitrogen (78%). Nearly all of the Earth's atmosphere is made up of only five gases: nitrogen, oxygen, water vapor, argon, and carbon dioxide so what you breath is mostly the same substance which we use in the process of using Cryoness.
Please remember to wear cotton underwear, thick socks, gloves and disposable mask to cover your mouth. No jewellery allowed!
